i have went through all firewall things i can find, can you program the software to output a serial virtual port also? not just UDP?
Please send us pictures of your setup, software pages etc so we can understand the issue.
This is a picture of the software outputting your string and being received in our Data Server.
So this solution should work.

is there a way i can change the UDP output port in the counter program, to a port of my choosing? from 25103 to what I would want??

I know Imagenex has specially introduced UDP to be compatible to our counter.
We tried and it didn’t work for us either.
I sent them an email and we will wait for their response.
