Hi
We tried the delta lasers recently in a PWM connector for a newton gripper, and although they came on, they were very dim. It was difficult to see them unless we turned our lights right down, almost off.
What kind of PWM signals do the lasers need? Is it the same as the Lumens?
I didn’t get a chance to plug them into where our lights normally go, but that will be the next test.
I’m going to try getting the lasers going again, so I returned to this thread.
I know I can unplug the PWM cable, but I’d rather use PWM to turn them on and off.
I know br use servo PWM which isn’t a real PWM.
I have an arduino that can output a real PWM signal.
Can you clarify what kind of PWM signal the lasers expect? Is it based on “on time” (1000-2000 us) like lumens, or is it based on eg 15khz with % duty cycle like real pwm?
