we want to add pan and tilt to the camera servo in our ROV, for now we can only tilt is their any option to use shift or any other key combination to do so because shift option is triggered automatically

You can either use the expanse PCB/app shipped with the HCU to provide additional I/O and control or use the shift function which will trigger a shift button for buttons 16-32.
You can program this as per the manual section 6.
