Wiring on the RMC is still ongoing
Hi Etienne,
It is great to see the progressions of the repair works of winch system and it seems that most of the works has been completed. Please update the current status, next steps which are planned and the estimated date of delivery of the item(It was mentioned that the item will be delivered by July end). We are having some service inspection works next month and the winch system is very crucial for it.

Wiring revision of the RMC is done, Also the modification on the winch is done. We’re ready for testing

What is the status of the work? It was assured that the equipment shall be returned by July month.

Have you completed the software part? What is the status? As we already mentioned before multiple times that we are having projects in pipeline where the winch controller plays a significant role, so please understand our requirement.

Hello,
We tested the electrical brake all day and temperature in the motor was stabilized at 60 degrees.
We will complete the system and hope to ship out by next Friday.

Due to unforeseen weather events we have been operating with minimal staff and unable to complete your winch.
Its now been moved to the top of our priority to complete this as soon as posisble.
