Cable counter issues

Hello,

We have issues with DROV-CNT-001-V1.

Everything is connected and set as shown in instructions. Counter connects with PC, everything is set in OV-CCSC.EXE, then in OV-CC.EXE we see cable length in lower bar, but nothing happens upper, shown in picture.

Everything works fine in win7, but on windows 10 and 11 we have this issue.

Hello,

In order to parse the string properly, Windows regional settings need to be set to English UK.

This is due to commas versus dots as a delimiter in number formatting.

Please apply this solution and let us know if it solves your issue.
