I have a weird issue about cable counter. I cannot connect cable counter via counter app. But i can read datas from putty. But there is also something weird, if i start to work as 38400 baudrate, it disconnected. First i need to connect 9600 then close it and reconnect with 38400 baudrate and it works! There is something weird idk reason, is there any idea? I have not connected while using counter application yet.

May I ask which company you are working for?
I have had this reported to me last week and we are looking at how to solve this issue.
For the time being, please keep doing what you are doing as a temporary fix.
